EdmontonWheels does not collect data or information on it's viewers, nor do we share information from our newsletter mailing list or membership list with any other party.  We firmly believe that our viewers have the right to complete privacy, and will not disclose e-mail addresses or other information provided to us for provision of our services.

To provide some services such as newsletter and membership area we require only enough information to fill the subscription, we do not ask you to provide such personal information as your actual name, address, and telephone number.  Information provided to us is encrypted on our site server and is only used for it's intended purpose as subscribed to and agreed upon by our readership.

Advertising and products offered on this site are controlled directly through our site to ensure that no third party provider has access to your personal information.  Purchases require shipping information such as name and address, this information is retained only for a 30 day period for purpose of return or exchange of product only.  We do not use direct mailing and will not send unsolicited mail to your address.

Credit card information provided for membership subscription and purchases is encrypted and is only retained for a period of ten (10) days to permit refund credit to your card if order or subscription is cancelled.  Membership Subscribers must manually renew subscriptions, we do not arbitrarily renew memberships.  Renewal notices are sent 30 (thirty) days before expiration, with a reminder at 10 (ten) days.  If you do not renew your subscription no further mailings will be sent and your membership information will be deleted from our database.

Contest winners will be contacted by e-mail with details of the awarded prize and option to provide address for direct shipping, or to claim directly from our offices.  Winning contestants are posted but we will use a nick name where preferred.  Contests may be restricted to subscribed members only, all contest information will be disclosed clearly with the appropriate promotion.

Contact information provided for classified ads are not kept on our server, we recommend use of a disposable third party free e-mail account for added security.  We can not provide security for e-mail addresses or personal phone numbers posted to this area.  Abuse of your personal information should be reported to our office immediately so we may assist you in taking steps to report this to the proper authorities.

We firmly believe in preserving the privacy and personal information of our readership, and will not post any information that may compromise this security.  Advertisers on this site are also bound by our privacy agreement if they wish to conduct business with our readership, and violation of those terms will result in immediate suspension of all advertising by the offending party without compensation.

We do not send solicitation for products or services, subscription to our newsletter is voluntary and can be unsubscribed to at any time.  The newsletter is published quarterly and can be delivered in HTML or plain text format as requested by the subscriber.  There are no fees for newsletter subscribers, no request for fees or funding will be connected with this service.
